Senior Vice President & General Manager - Fan Relationship Management

As The Aspire Group's SVP & GM- Fan Relationship Management, Bill oversees all Fan Relationship Management client partnerships and management of the centers worldwide. Starting with the first installation at Georgia Tech in 2009, he is responsible for building the business globally through outstanding client servicing, implementing next-practices coupled with his own unique experiences and techniques. Valerie Wilkinson

Vice President, Business Operations

Valerie is responsible for overseeing Aspire’s Finance, Compliance, Human Resources and Administrative functions. She has been involved in business management for over 30 years. CJ Wiatr

Regional Vice President, Fan Relationship Management 

In December of 2012, CJ moved from directing all of Rutgers University Athletics ticketing initiatives and assumed the roll of Regional Vice President of Fan Relationship Management. CJ oversees multiple properties and the associated ticket marketing, sales and service (TiMSS) responsibilities at those centers to strengthen partner relationships and maximize production.

As Director of Strategic Consulting and Research, Michael is chartered with creating unique and innovative research solutions catered to client needs that will drive incremental revenue while teaching key decision makers how to utilize data to further the growth of their brand. He is responsible for all client servicing and acquisition relative to research initiatives. Within this role, Michael utilizes Aspire's research skill set to design and implement research solutions focusing on Consumer Research (profiling), Strategic Plan Analysis, New Business Development, Yield Management Studies, Brand and Fan Identification studies, and CMR Evaluations.
