The Aspire Group Enters Big Ten With Addition Of University of Minnesota

The Aspire Group and University of Minnesota have partnered to create the first Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) in the Big Ten Conference. The FRMC will be located on the Minnesota campus in Minneapolis consisting of 12 ticket sales consultants and a manager. The FRMC will begin a proactive ticket sales and service campaign to strategically reach Gopher fans and alumni.
The purpose of the Minnesota FRMC is to maximize ticket sales revenue and attendance and build lifelong Gopher fans. The Aspire Group will hire an experienced manager that will be responsible for continually developing the ticket sales strategy and ensuring profitably of the center.
“We are excited to be partnering with The Aspire Group to help us increase sales and grow attendance in a cost-effective manner,” said Jason LaFrenz, Associate AD, External Relations, University of Minnesota. “Aspire’s ability to develop true relationships and dialogue with fans is exactly what the University of Minnesota needs to help fill TCF Bank Stadium with Gopher fans, establish long term sustainability and maximize our overall ticket revenue.”

The Aspire Group will begin an outbound sales campaign from the University of Minnesota Fan Relationship Management Center in TCF Bank Stadium on June 1.
