Ayo Fasheyide

As Human Resources Business Partner, Ayo supports all employee programs including training and development, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition associated with all Aspire locations. Ayo assists Aspire by supporting strategic goals and initiatives, fostering employee recognition, mentoring, DE&I, and coaching. Ayo takes a consultative approach to identifying and addressing gaps to work towards solutions for his clients.

Before joining Playfly, Ayo spent his career in the HR space across numerous industries: retail, broadcast media, sports digital media, and tech. Ayo attended Louisiana State University where he received his MBA from the Flores MBA program and his undergraduate degree as well. Ayo bleeds purple and gold.

Outside of work, Ayo enjoys going on family walks, moonlighting as an amateur travel photographer, playing basketball, and taking his dogs on a run. Ayo is an active member of the Krewe of Hermes, which has paraded longer than any other night-parading krewe in New Orleans’ Carnival.
